We’ve found that simply having access to the platform does not mean that people who “build websites” don’t always know how to fix and maintain them over time.   • Who are we doing this for?

  • Tell us about your ideal customer. Who are they? How old are they? What gender are they? Where do they hang out online? What are their interests?
  • What are the top five reasons you ideal customer will visit your website? [eg: research product information, get contact details, register for an event, ask questions about services, pricing etc.]
  • Design Concept

  • How do you want people to feel when they interact with your brand? [eg: safe and secure, edgy and excited, exlusive and cool, like they belong, anxious to attend etc.]
  • Tell us about your competitors. Who else is competing for the attention of your ideal customer and what are they doing that you think is working?
  • Are there any other website in particular that you like the design of? Tell us why.
  • If we were to be celebrating a successful strategy in twelve months time, what would that have to look like? How many website visitors? How many leads? How many sales or registrations? Be as descriptive as you possibly can.
  • What have we missed asking you about that is important for us to know? If we've covered it all please let us know that as well. Don't leave blank.

  1. * Agreements are for minimum six month terms.
  2. Websites developed by others may need updating and clean-up in order for us to provide on-going maintenance. Therefore, sometimes there will be a one-time set up fee in order to get the website current and stable for ongoing maintenance. We will know once we get a look at your site and an estimate will be provided prior to engagement.

Platform & Security Updating

Like virtually all software the WordPress CMS is updated on a frequent but irregular basis. Keeping up with these is very important. Updates include not just feature/function advances but also bug fixes and security updates. Further, when the time comes for future site development bringing a neglected site up to speed adds considerably to development time and your expense.

Website Monitoring

We’ll help keep an eye on things for you. Broken links, images or forms, site speed, comment spam, website uptime, 404 errors and more.

Website Migration

Tried one of the bargain or privately managed web hosts and found them lacking, more trouble then they’re worth or need to regain control and autonomy? We can take care of this for you also.

Development Time

Wants, needs and conditions change. It’s not uncommon to find that clients need minor changes to the site periodically. Anticipate this and plan for it. More time can be arranged if you have a project planned.

Website Backups

We’ll maintain a current and complete off-site backup of your site updated as-needed. Specifically this means prior to every system or plugin update or as often as client updates their content up to daily if needed.

Theme/Plugin Updating

With each platform update your theme along with all the installed plugins need to be checked for continued proper functionality. Often times tweaking various plugins is needed. Sometimes swapping out plugins that have not kept up is what’s called for. We’ll take care of this for you also.
