Beloit & Beyond Bike Tour

Their Need

Critical first impressions in the minds of visitors and potential attendees. Were they going to communicate beginner status or that of an established, well-run organization.

This WI event is a well run,  popular attraction enjoyed both locally and regionally. They new a poorly produced website would undermine the brand reputation they’re working hard to establish.

As an event organizer positive word-of-mouth from past attendees is arguably the biggest driver for piquing initial interest. However initial curiosity is generated, in most cases the initial impression and fuller communication is going to be via the event website. Event if more expensive fliers, mailers, advertisers or other first introduce the event, in virtually all cases, particularly with this target demographic, at some point they’re going to engage with the event via the website. Quality and focused web design is critical for event organizers ESPECIALLY for promoters wishing to reach younger demographics.

Mobile Friendly

Further, not only does the website need to be quality IT NEEDS TO BE MOBILE FRIENDLY. This Wisconsin event organizer found that more than 30% of website visits were from mobile devices, smart phones and tablets. We anticipated that. As such the site was built to be fully functional and optimized for web enabled mobile devices.

The event was a huge success. Attendance up. Attendee satisfaction up. The client loved the website and told us it was a significant asset in growing and establishing their event.

A Wisconsin event organizer needed web design for the promotion of their bike tour. As they did not have a website previously they were starting from scratch. They had a logo in digital form, some copy and a map in print form. More than simply being online to promote and communicate with their target audience they recognized that a professionally designed, event marketing website was brand building.
